Are we tanking

Should I be happy about wins. Lakers are 10th seed right now. 10th seed death is second only to 9th seed death.
Argument to tank: We have no proven talent on our roster, we have tradable assets in Hill and Meeks (plus 1 gigantic expiring in Pau). We also have our own first rounder in the most loaded draft. The western conference is brutal. Plenty of teams are ready to make a panic trade since a couple of them having been tanking for a while now and need to make the playoffs.
Argument to not tank: 10th seed in west but 13th in espn power rankings, we've played the 5th toughest schedule so far and now Kobe comes back. Our guys have great chemistry, which will either kill us tmrw against raps or make us come alive.
One more question: Nbadraft.net has us drafting aaron harrison with our second rounder, but didn't we trade that to the suns?
