Skip's an idiot... Kobe was a little out of shape, but still in infinitely better shape than Skip who thinks of himself as a bit of a fitness nut.

Skip doesn't know squat and is delusional....dude thinks he's the man and he pouted to Jalen Rose because he didn't get playing time in high school..little does the clown know that he landed a dream job and his horrible basketball career should be an afterthought.

Sure Kobe is going to be putting on some fat if he's rehabbing from an injury but he's one the most and well condition athletes due to his training and diet.

Why would Kobe expet to be starting pg? Wasn't the consensus a SF living in the post? 41 year old MJ was around that weight, vs is around there, and TMac was around there, and all them played more SF.

Team needs! Kobe spent the better part of 8 months thinking they had 3 PGs and at least three thin framed wings. It's not an individual want to believe the team that was 25th in 2pt%, 28th in FTA, and late teens in offensive rating without him needed a post up SF.
The fact is Mitch, Jim, and Dantoni can all line up and say we **** up. Pringles had no business playing Kobe 30mpg for 6 games in 9 nights and making him the pg basically. Jim and Mitch should've had the common sense to ultimately look up and say gee we didn't bring in any pg last year when we needed one, and Dantoni being dandumbass ran Kobe in the ground doing the job Nash and Blake collected 15mil for because Duhon and Morris also sucked. Yet when Farmar went down, when Blake was diagnosed wrongly with a hyper extension and later out for 2 months, they as a brain trust said we won't bring anyone in Kobe will just handle it and be superman. The freaking coach and front office didnt think of team needs

I just don't get how those 3 repeated the same stupid **** that tore Kobe down last year, especially after the extension. They didn't even try to protect their investment, just hoped Kobe would be captain save a hoe once more on the fly
