Stats wise he has a case, but you gotta have a winning record.

Voters usually put a lot of weight on how the team is doing but from the production alone, Nick Young has to be a front runner for this right now.

11 of the last 13 winners were on teams that won 50+ games. We'll be luck to finish .500.

I know most 6th Man winners are on 50+ win teams, but the fact that Young may be the team's leading scorer as a bench player should be put into consideration, because that's rare.
