So I just watched the episode where the bug thing went back in time and made the girl turn right instead of left, dramatically altering her future.


I think the Lakers had a similar situation where 1 wrong turn ultimately caused a massive chain reaction.


Where are the Lakers if they had hired Phil(who wanted the job) instead of MDA?

I think this one bad decision ultimately cost them the season and Dwight Howard

If Phil is massaging Kobe and Dwights ego's they probably don't hate each other quite as fast

If the Lakers arn't struggling to make the playoffs Kobe isn't playing 48min per game and probably doesn't rip his Achilles.

Assuming Nash stayed irrelevant(not like PG is used in Triangle anyway..) how far do you think they could have got? Would the change from MDA to Phil have been enough to keep Dwight?
