Nice! He was lighting up the D-League. Atleast adds one more healthy body to the roster.

We're trying to see who can stick around next year. I dont see a problem with that thought process. Guy was recently player of the week in the D-League

Mark Madson was in suit helping out the practice. Tells you they need bodies.

Why didn't they just sign Shawne Williams again?

Because Williams can't play SG and Young will most likely be suspended.

Helped the Cavs tank their way to the #1 pick in 2011.

Kind of reminds me of a cross between Jamal Crawford and Wes Matthews. Interested to see how his improvements since his Cleveland days translate back to the pro level. Only 24 years old too.

When you have a team full of scrubs, do they still haze the new guy?

For sure. As the oldest, Caveman leads the charge. Thinks of what to do next during the games.

As I posted elsewhere:
He was inconsistent with the Cavs, but had some big games in Cleveland.
Had four 20+ scoring games in his rookie season:
27/8/2 with 1 steal and 4 threes
20/6/3 with 1 steal and 3 threes
20/5 with 1 steal and 1 three
21/9/5 with 3 threes
Percentage wise he was inconsistent, but in those high scoring games he usually did good from the field.
He's still young and could provide a Alec Burks type of boost for the Lakers.

Like how he moved on the court, his confidence, he didn't get some calls but I liked how he drove to the rack, hard - nobody on our team can do that right now except Nick
I would love it if the Lakers traded Meeks for let's say, nothing, and get some minutes for Harris to see what he could do. Already looks like a much more well-rounded and capable basketball player than Meeks.
