Dear posters and visitors,

Despite this being a less memorable season for the Lakers on-court, we at RealGM decided to make a significant addition to our roster and I'd like to welcome crazyeights as the newest moderator of the RealGM Lakers community.

crazyeights is a long time poster who's been around since the dark days of post-Shaq trade as well as the glory days of back to back championships from the Kobe-Pau era and has all the time been one of the most well balanced and thought provoking posters on the board and we are all glad that he accepted this responsibility when Howard Mass made an offer to join us and help make this discussion forum better.

Personally, crazyeights is one of my favorite posters and I hope he will have as great an experience moderating this forum as the rest of us.

Please join me in welcoming him to the team.
