I think the Clips getting bought by the owners in Seattle is the best scenario for us though.

best for the league as well....gives Sea a team once more and somewhat erase the negativity of "clippers" as I'm sure if Sea owners would look to change the name of the team if purchased.

You should be fine with Magic becoming the Clips owner. Should the Bulls hate Michael Jordan for playing for the Wizards and owning the Bobcats? Nope.
But I agree the best is for the Sonics to buy the team and bring them to Seattle. It's not like LA loses a lot if the Clippers leave. No one has really cared for the team and now no one ever will.

As much as I'd like for the Seattle group to purchase the Clippers and move them to Seattle, it won't happen. The Clippers remaining in Los Angeles is much more profitable for the league than moving to Seattle.

No prob with me. I love Magic and I'll be happy for him if he buys teh Clips. Will I support it? Yes. But I'm still a Lakers fan.

Rush can take his racist a** straight to hell. As a white person I can say that I cannot wait for all these 60-80 year old racist oldies pass away. Sadly though there are still racist young people

Ya, he is a piece of *&@# and most of you know I have been a Magic supporter BUT the timing seems kind of odd. Magic is the center of Sterlings racist comments yet hours after Sterlings bigotry was aired Magic went public screaming Sterling needs to be banned by the NBA and forced to sell the Clippers "Oh and BTW I want to buy The Clippers". Huhhh!!! If anything me personally, I would try to distance myself from this douche bag and this issue.
I dont think this was a setup on Magics end. I know Sterlings girlfriend set him up because of her personal agendas. On the other hand I can see Magic trying to retaliate towards Sterling by taking away his franchise and basically telling Sterling "Kiss my arse" too.

Without Magic. His group doesnt stand a chance. With Magic, they would definitely be top contenders if a sale were to go down. I would though take a billionaire application from seattle. Or San Diego. Have the team return to where it came from.

Its a little different for Bulls fans. Jordan didn't buy a team in the same city as his former team. I hope that whoever buys them gets them out of the Staples Center.

I think guys panic too much just because an ex player wants to be an owner, the general thinking is that just because they were great they're going to be great at owning or coaching or whatever. The fact is it's just the opposite.
If Magic gets in on that then good for him, but lets not act like it's going to be sudden championships for an endless amount of time.
