What's going on? Still no coach, no FA signing yet..

What's going on? are the FO doing their job? no coach yet and no FA signings yet. Other teams had FA signings already. I know we can not get any trades as we do not have assets(except nash) How can we get any FA when we don't have any coach yet? the only good news is kobe is healthy and we got Randle and he does not need any surgeries.
