Apparently Mitch is working for the Rox and Lakers. Here's Dwight.....let me grab Lin so you can have Bosh as well

I get it we have capspace for next year.....doesn't mean we will grab anyone. But here's to hoping we do!

It would make sense if Asik was available as well. I don't see any value in helping Rockets unless we get a pick in return for the opportunity to pay Lin $14 mil.

I would do it, I'd take Asik too honestly. If we are not getting mello we need to fill the space with expirings and this is perfect. He fits a need, might actually turn out to be very good, and we likely get an asset back. I hope we pick up Capela personally.

I forget which of out mods originally brought up the idea a month or two ago but they called this even though the original idea had Lin and Asik both involved. Lin, Kobe, SF, Randle, Asik would have made for an entertaining season without hurting our plans.

if HOU throws in the pick theyre getting for NO, and take nash in return, its not a bad deal. minus the fact that HOU would become a superteam in the west.

If we get 2 number ones .. Ok Do it Mitch!
We have nothing in picks coming up. He is only 8 m cap hit too!

Maybe we can snag some other talent on their roster as well.

We can then unload pick's with Nash's dumb ars to Minny for Love..and retain Pau

Pau 10 mil
Love 16 mil
Lin 8 mil
Kobe
Baze or Ariza

Might work?

Love to CLE is a lock, in my opinion. Just stick with Randle and hope he can become a perennial all-star, and find a defensive minded C that can block shots in the mean timie.

Lets do it, I read it will only cost us 8 mil but not sure how accurate that is.

Rockets trying to trade Lin to Lakers. They need to throw in a #1 pick to make this happen. Lin is overrated.

Very unique situation because if there's a team that can market Lin the most, it's the Lakers.
