In the vein of positive threads while the Lakers future is indeterminate, what are you excited about?

I am excited about :
* Watching Randle develop
* Seeing a healthy Kobe do work
* Hill and Sacre getting real burn
* Clarkson's skill and fire
* Lin and Kobe playing off each other
* X getting healthy
* Finding someone to take Nash at the deadline

Probably my least favorite laker of all-time. What a **** grease fire that turned out to be.

Oh well another low expectation season. Just want to see randle relentlessly bull doze his way to the rim and ball out.

I am excited about Ryan Kelly becoming a core piece for the future. A stretch four with a slashing game who may or may not become a rim protector.

New white GOAT confirmed.

- Lin selling out arenas
- Lin / Kobe playing together
- Whoever our coach is working with this squad
- What happens with Nash?
- Can Nick Young keep going how last season left off
- J Hill getting big minutes
- Sacre getting big minutes
- What we gonna do with the rest of our cap and the "exception"
- So much more...

- a full season with no coach. It'll be gym pickup games. No schemes, guys subbing in and out when they want, calling your own foul... Oh wait not the last one, still have refs.

* Watching Young get 6th man of year :) < if he doesn't end up starting
* seeing Kobe Shock and awe the world once again < people are going to be shocked especially the haters
* Watching Kelly & Young get 4 point plays
* Not having to deal with you guys complaining about Gasol's softness and him wanting to be traded is a good change for once.
* Watching Nash surprise a few of you, that he still has some game in him < not sure if I'm using sarcasm or not
* Looking forward to seeing Randle develop and seeing him live up to the hype on what he said at draft night
* Watching Hill destroy pretty much everyone on the boards and mostly get MVP of this team

* Can't wait to see who you guys want to get traded by the trade deadline < there is always someone.

Randle & Kelly
Lin & Hill pick and rolls
(N-1)th year of Kobe. That's about it unless Mitch swings something with Nash's expiring.

Julius Randle.. he's NBA ready, thats why people forget he just a freshman, not some junior/senior.
Clarkson,, wow, an aggresive and athletic combo guard, we never really had that type players for long time. hopefully his confidence that he showed at Summer League translate well in NBA.
Jeremy Lin
and mystery SFs that Mitch will get.

1)Watching Laker ball-period!!!
2)To see how Kobe modifies his game at this stage in his career and after 2 devastating injuries
3)Lin giving his all on the court
4)Randle (and hopefully Clarkson) getting some serious minutes
5)Hill getting after it on the boards, and hopefully hitting the 15 footer more consistently

6)And finally, watching DFish coach. I am hoping he does well.

Outside of Randle development, a prominent role for Hill and seeing how Kobe will look, I don't know, we'll see.

Kobe coming back and proving father time wrong. (if Tim Duncan and Dirk can do it, Kobe can if he's given proper role and time management like Pop does with his aging roster).

Lin.

Youngsters like Randle and Clarkson putting up a good rookie season.

Just finally getting some NBA games to watch again on TV.

Return to Los Angeles Lakers
