At first thought I was bummed to see we're not hosting a home game this year on Christmas Day. But on second thought this is a pretty interesting game. I guess this means the NBA will give the Clippers the home day on Christmas Day. Lets see if this rumor comes true, official schedule should be out soon

i don't see why chicago can't come to LA instead of vice-versa

surely pau's return to sunny LA is a better storyline than kobe and booz visit drose and pau in the snowflogged windy city

are you kidding? Chicago weather is horrible. what's the coldest it gets in Memphis? 10 degrees?
we are talking about negative 60 degrees weather where if you go outside you get brain freeze just for breathing, your ears burn, and your face freezes.

And I live in a parallel part of new york, Our summers are like five minutes, two of those minutes are over 100 and our winters are 9 months and soul crushing. Memphis is like a tropical paradise in comparison.

I am starting to find these fabricated "grudge match" christmas games weird. We have no history with the Bulls outside of Pau leaving for them on good terms. There is no bad blood, so all this game will be is Kobe's legacy and another lottery team vs playoff team slaughter.

dont care but why do we keep getting Christmas games...its embarrasing the way they lose even when they were good for some reason they can't seem to find on that day.

I read somewhere a while ago that Kobe hasn't have a Xmas day off his entire career

I would remember because when I was at Navy service school just outside of Chicago (Great Lakes) I had to do colors (raising the flag at 8 in the morning) and I know for a fact that the temp with wind chill factor was -62 degrees.

The Lakers always have Christmas Day games...it's great for the ratings.
