Lakers could use a little more true size in the middle. I think Andray Blatche would give the Lakers that.

He played well last year for the Nets... didn't seem like such a huge douche on the court.

Last thing we need is another big. We need is better players not depth. We're the thinnest at PG but the best player remaining in FA is Beasley. Not sure why we haven't signed him yet. Wes Johnson is our SF.

Blatche is currently playing for Team Gilas Pilipinas, as a naturalized Filipino, in preparation for the FIBA World Tournament. I have to say I'm quite impressed with him. Thought he'll act up and feel he's above everyone being an NBA player but he has been playing within the team's system.

Don't want to jinx anything but he'd be an FA steal when he decides to get back in the NBA.

Roster is set once Clarkeson signs his contract... Let's HOPE for a healthy season with allot of chemistry... We will NEED both to have a special year... Lakeshow Baby...

So what happen to Beasley?

Beasley and his agents are looking at other options. They might be a bit concerned about signing with a team that used a lottery pick on a guy that plays the same position.

No room for him. Boozer, Randle, Hill, Davis, and even Kelly/Sacre from time to time.

Enough with the bigs already ...I'm not a fan of having a logjam and splitting mins between x number of players

We would have been just fine if not better even without Boozer,because he ain't no difference maker to the point he's single handedly gonna change our fortune ...we could have used the mins he's gonna gobble to develop our young bigs

How the hell is Andray Blatche playing for the Philippines. You're born in NY you're not Filipino dude. Why would he even want to play for them. You play for your own country. I don't care if he became a naturalized citizen, he's still not Filipino.
