We have no assets ,c'mon now

I want him in Sacto ,I think he can replicate what he does for the Celts there... there was a rumor about that a couple weeks ago

Not sure I trust his knee to be better than what we have.

Isn't he is the reason why KG, PP and Doc left the Celtics?

Lin & Houston's #1? At this point are we even sure if he's going to be better than Lin?

I'll take him over Lin, that's for sure.

No thanks, not to mentioned his FA coming up where he'll be overpaid.

The only reason he'll be overpaid is if he'll play like the same Rondo in the Big 4 era. Which is good. If he suck, he is an expiring. He can still be an asset.

Okay... Randle isn't an option but what about Nash & Houstons 1st... Before you say NO, let's think about it... Nash is DONE & our 1st from Houston will be late teens, at best... Is Rondo worth the 17th to 19th pick in next years draft... I say YES... Kobe LOVES Rondo & B Scott will appreciate the hustle... I LIKE the move & endorse it 100%... Rondo is better than Lin & will start... A starting lineup of Rondo, Kobe, Wesley, Boozer & Hill will be FUN to watch us we will have Lin join Young, Randle & Davis on the second unit... You can NEVER have too many point guards... Plus, it fits with OUR plan...

Picking up Rondo, Randle, Boozer, Davis & Clarkson in the offseason would be a success...

Do it Mitch...

Was gonna respond to this but then Slava answered the "what if" question for me already with this:

Let me adjust your statement Tiesto with this:

I like Rondo's game. Except for his sub-par shooting. That's a liability, especially in league where shooting is at a high premium, and is becoming almost standard...even for big men.

That being said, we honestly don't have the pieces to get Rondo, and the IF the Celtics did want to trade with us, the price would be too high. Something like Lin, Swaggy, Randle, Hill, picks/money...

Pass.

his main contribution to our game wouldn't be shooting, but decreasing turnovers and getting good shots when otherwise they would be horrible shots

thus decreasing transition opportunities against us

~lol~ That'd be like getting Rondo for space? Rockets are gonna be real upset!

Tough choice, Lin is a better shooter, is younger and has more upside.
