I thought the NBA was already in discussions with the NBPA a while back regarding this.

NBA turns a blind eye for HGH. The current tests are a joke. They need blood tests. No tests after the 3rd pee test so players are free to do whatever they want. Some players get the 3rd test as early as December. No drug tests during play-offs when it matters most.
