The last time the Lakers played the Spurs I believe Kobe only had 14 points and that game was in LA. My guess is Kobe won't drop thirty tonight.

Sad thing is if it doesn't happen tonight it will likely happen Sunday in Minny. What a crappy place to pass Jordan's scoring mark.

I had tickets for tonight's game but had to give them away because of work. Duncan can pass Jerry West on the scoring list tonight as well for 18th All-time if he scores 15.

My guess is Kobe doesn't break the record tonight, but he leads his team to a win. That would be a bigger message to the doubters IMO. And to be honest I think he can break that record tonight, but only because Kawhi is out with his hand injury. But yeah I think Kobe won't actively chase the record tonight.
