It seems like it's been like YEARS since the Lakers went on a double-digit winning streak..... simply don't have the horses to balance out the season... which means management needs to clean this roster up... or it will be the same song.

It all takes time my man. All fans can do is be patient. Fortunately for this year there will be another top pick, a late 1st, and cap space to sign one or two free agents (Dragic, Draymond Green, Reggie Jackson, hell even DeAndre Jordan). Hopefully those pieces plus some of the young guys the Lakers already have are enough to attract either KD in 2016 or Westbrook in 2017 but if not they need to continue to stockpile on draft picks, picking up guys on waivers with potential upside, and make trades of value for young guys with upside. In other words develop our own guys and not wait on the big names like they did this past summer SMH...

I'm not saying this team is good, but I would still love to see a long winning streak by the Lakers... it's always nice when your team has national attention.

It could be worse. We could be the Rockets with clowns like Josh Smith and Dwight Howard.

be patient man. basketball especially NBA dont work like that. We are rebuilding on the fly.

We should aim low and start with a 5 game winning streak.

Three game winning streak wouldn't be so bad either.

We need to start a losing streak asap , hopefully its double digits #teamtank

Nope...71-72 Lakers beat the New York Knicks for the title.

The Spurs win streak stopped by the Thunder in the PO was real bad.

Nov 17 to Dec 11 2009 was an 11 game streak.....that was the last winning streak over 10 games. Winning streaks are overrated, the 2008-09 team didn't have a single 10 game winning streak and still walked away with the title that June.

I guess.... I'm the only one who thinks... whenever your team is on a hot-streak and playing great basketball it makes the national media very uncomfortable... that is a very good feeling.... yes... teams can go on to win a championship without creating a winning streak.... but accomplishing them... Improves your teams identity and unity.
