Exactly what i've been thinking. First game that comes to mind is the Pacers one.....

This is probably a win for us. I'm curious to see Payton in action seeing as we really liked him in workouts.

If the Pistons can go on a 5+ game winning streak... then so can the Lakers..... and the Pistons early on were on pace to be one of the worse teams in the league... and they are almost gaining momentum for that 8th seed...... as long as you have players like Kobe on the team.... going on a winning streak.. isn't out of question.

No they can't. There's way more talent in just Monroe and Drummond than the entirety of our team.

It has nothing to do with there talent.... the only reason why they started to play better is because they got rid of a player who was creating gaping problems on the team... with a few tweaks here and there by the Lakers.... they can play better.

Actually it does have to do with talent and yes the fact that they got rid of Smith. 1 The Lakers don't have the matching talent. 2 They don't have a player they can get rid of like Smith in order to get substantially better.

drummond alone is more talented than this entire **** roster (sans Randle of course), let alone monroe. i would kill for that front court. the only problem is monroe is a center, they could be even better if they had a real PF.

I can't think of a single interesting story line about this one.
