If you could add/improve 1 area of this players game

If you could add a skill or improve one skill of this player what would it be for the following players:
1. Tarik black:
2. Ryan Kelly:
3. Robert sacre:
4. nick young:
5. Wesley Johnson:
Be realistic. If you want to say I wish Tarik could add a half court shot or I wish Wes would handle like kyrie, no one can stop you but that doesn't promote a lot of discussion.

Sacre = rebound
Nick Young = court vision
Tarik = height

Kelly: Rebound
Sacre: Shot blocking
Young: Shot selection

1. Tarik: a sweeping hook ala gasol or a floater
2. Kelly: overall strength or just hit he damn open shots
3. Suckre: his negotiating skill so lakers wouldnt resign him
4. Nick: passing or a post up move
5. Wes: shabazz-esque post game with hooks
Although the only realistic one adding or improving these skills are tarik and kelly

I will do this like NBA 2k
1. Tarik black: +5 for rebounding
2. Ryan Kelly: +5 for time machine to get back last years R.Kelly.
3. Robert sacre: +5
4. nick young: +15 for passing
5. Wesley Johnson: +10 for defense

Tarik: Shooting touch around basket in traffic
Ryan: Ability to post, take advantage of height like Dirk, develop a go to shot like fade a way
Robert : Rebounding
Nick : Passing and better mid range game
Wes : Tap into his defensive ability better than he has

If Wes Johnson ever developed the confidence to just take it to the rack, he'd be quite a player. Poor guy just has cobwebs in his brain.

Kelly: consistent shooting, need faster release
Black: Height
Davis: A post game
Young: distribution skills

Black: Mid-range jumper/post game.
Kelly: Improving outside shot. He's been missing way too many open shots this year and he's gotta hit them considering that's about the only thing he can offer.
Sacre: IQ.
Young: Shot selection. Nick excessively chucks when it is not even needed. I would like to see him drive to the rim more and keep opponents guessing.
Johnson: Confidence.
