Let me preface this by saying getting CP3 AND Howard would have been a massive coup for this organization. I was excited at the prospect while it was unfolding. And I think the Vetoed trade is the most WWE, bull, and embarrassing thing that's ever happened in the NBA, with a close second being "The Decision."

That said, I wasn't a CP3 fan before and I'm certainly not one now... As much as I'd like to be winning right now, I almost think we dodged a bullet.

IDK how far the Lakers go, but watching CP3 and Kobe play off one another would've been interesting. Paul's playmaking and Kobe's off-ball ability would've had defenses guessing for days.

And being real....these guys window may be slowly closing. These dudes could end up with 0 titles.

Totally agree. I think they will end up with zero rings.

The Clips window is closing fairly fast. They won't win this year because they have no bench. And if DJ leaves, you can forget about them winning with this team.

And D12 will continue to have injuries. His body is slowly breaking down. And as he goes down, so will HOU. The Beard is a potent offensive weapon. But he can't carry a team by himself.

Lakers showed class by not suing or making a big stink about it... I would be glad if someone like Jeannie or Jim gloated a bit after the next championship... "Something I've been waiting for"
We do need to sign KLove away from the Cavs and throw a big wrench into their plans...I mean they sent their #1 pick away for him and he isn't even guaranteed to stay .... F*** Dan Gilbert!
