GT: 12/30 - LAL @ BOS - 4:30pm PST - TWC Sportsnet / NBATV

Continuing with the short road trip, our Lakers now go into TD Garden in Boston to face the hard-nosed defense Celtics looking to try and pry away a win on this trip to close the 2015 year on a positive note. It will be Kobe's final time in the TD Garden.
Lakers (5-27) @ Celtics (18-13)

Boston Garden, Boston, MA

Keys to the Game
1. Limit 2nd chance opportunities
2. Limit pts in the paint
3. Limit turnovers
4. High Team Assists to FG Ratio
5. Outscore Boston Bench
This Boston team has no star other than Isaiah Thomas and so limiting 2nd chance and paint pts will be key in not giving this team a jump start offensively nor making it easier for them to score on our crappy defense as they'll be making it as difficult as can be to execute our own offense. Defense will win this game in the Garden. If we can force them into turnovers to continue minimizing their possessions, our dysfunctional offense has to step on the throttle and not look back.
Boston is a team that usually plays very unselfishly, we have to force Thomas into stopping that as sometimes Boston fans claim he does so, which ends up costing them games it seems. Hopefully this is the Thomas we see today too. Boston's supporting cast will surely be troublesome on the glass with Amir Johnson, Sullinger, Olynyk out there so it will be a great test for both Randle and Nance on both ends of the glass.
We CAN get this win, but it will depend of course on how our 4 young guns respond to the challenge and their potential first taste as a group of what it is to go against the Celtics in the TD Garden. This Boston team is a future threat to our Lakers and I hope our young guns know that and are using this game to measure themselves against the rebuild Ainge has done thus far.
