Can Gary Vitti coach the Team?
I think he has respect from everyone and he knows everything about the basketball and he can handle other personalities...

Sure. I would also make him GM, VP of Marketing and HTT (head ticket taker). The versatility of Vitti has never really been tapped by the Lakers.
