How Celtics Fans Reacted to Kobe's Grand Finale

**** him

I don't "hate", I just don't give a s#it. Retire, don't retire - I don't care. Kobe is irrelevant.

Milsap is relevant.
Horford is relevant.

Now let's go take care of business.

The lakers aka fakers have always gotten the calls against us. It was robbery in 2010, but we almost won it anyways. I feel Doc should have subbed TA for RA. RA played the whole game 7 and was a brick machine.

As I wrote in twitter, people not talking about Spurs or Warriors TEAM effort and just licking Kobe“s butt for shooting 50 times in a game is a disgrace. The NBA is in trouble because of egomaniacs like Kobe...if he had cared so much for winning he would have sacrified money to help his team get better players, like Duncan or Dirk.

Return is spot on. The Celtics are heroic, team first. The Lakers and especially Kobe are self-absorbed. Our local heroes stood against the powers that be almost 250 years ago. We celebrate their courage this week.

What America is becoming is weak, and cowardly. Our men, especially our young men, have lost their courage emulating panty waste cowards like Kobe. America needs, desperately needs, our heroic Celtics.

Kobe's parents didn't even attend his last game.

How big of an **** do you need to be for your parents to hate you so much, that they wouldn't attend your final game? I can't even fathom it. I love my kids unconditionally. Kobe must have crossed several lines for his parent to not even care about him. That's actually kind of sad when you think about it.

50 shots,
21 3-point attempts ( 2 short of JR Smith's record)
some might say he was an arrogant bastard to the end...
How many points would Marcus Smart score on 50 shots?

Eff Kobe. Eff the Lakers. Eff every team and player that isn't wearing Celtics across their chest. Period. I have no time to root for other players or teams and get sentimental over them. It's all about the C's and that's effin it. Eff Kobe.

Pretty much what I expected from our rival's fanbase. Although there were a few cool poster's who appreciated history.

They're just salty the Celtics have been relevant for approximately 1 year out of the past 30 (2008).

I would be bitter too.

Also OP, I had to hit "view ignored" to see what this thread was about. You need to grow up if you think Celtics board "Reactions" are relevant to the Lakers board.

How many points would Marcus Smart score on 50 shots?

On a hot shooting night, may be 5.

You're being rather bold. I'd say 3, but not any more.

And to the guy above me, I thought that it was funny to see the reactions that our biggest rivals had to Kobe's epic last game. The rest of the NBA seemed to be in awe, but they obviously were not. And it's at least something a little different from the normal. I"m pretty sure that the young trio, the draft pick, and BS's incompetence have been discussed to death at this point.

Lakers with the 2nd worst record is more relevant than the Celtics that made the playoffs from the 3rd position in the East. I understand them.

I guess the last time we played them in the finals, really put a bad taste in their mouths. KOBE shot and shot and shot the ball, and we won the championship. I guess KOBEs shooting brings back painful memories. Oh well, time to move on.

Even the Kobe haters that were at the party I was at, had to admit he is just one of the top 5 greatest ever
USA Celtics in full effect. Amazing chemistry building experience right there for the main core of the team

Proceeds to finish 7th and shames the entire nation!

I would be mad too if I had to watch 20 years of crap while the Lakers are consistently making moves, and bringing in star talent.

But we're talking about the same fan base who allowed this to go down in their house.

Celtics fans are typically the same douchecanoes that also support the Patriots. Their accent is worth more to society as an endorphin via laughter than they are as people.
