Lord Commander of the Tank sacrificed himself for our picks. Now his watch ends.

Honestly.... im almost tempted to have him come back 1 more year so he can get another top 3 pick so we can keep spitting in the 76ers eyes in not forking over the pick....
However, i did make a pledge where i'll stop talking **** about him if his tank luck came through for us again. Byron Scott, thank you for your service, at least now you wont be one of the most reviled personages in Laker history now!

Byron will always be Laker P&G in my book. Coached 2 squads that nobody coulda done squat with. That said, he had plenty to say about the coach he replaced....so he gets no sympathy from me. Turns out you need to have players capable of defense, eh Byron?
Just glad we got the pick. I hope he get's a gig back on the set with Worthy. Prob need a year for things to settle, but then I'll welcome him back for sure. Always a Laker Byron.

He went through the most difficult period of Laker history and he didn't even complain when he got sacked. He did a wonderful job, he is the tanking master and we are very thankful for his services. Russell and Simmons/Ingram will never forget his sacrifices.

Yo, Lord Commander of the Tank, I'm really happy for you, Imma let you lead another team to the lottery, but the 2014 Cavs 1st overall pick belongs to Mike Brown.
