My dad and granddad are Celtics fans, then I started following the Lakers back in 2003, was active on the ESPN message board since 2006 with the same handle, lurked here often and finally registered when they closed it down 3 years ago. I only started posting last year though.

I'm so hyped for this year's draft! It's been one helluva down time for us, time to bounce back!

Ive been posting since I joined, but ill properly introduce myself: season ticket holder, LA native, hoopshype forum transplant (RIP). I used to root for both the clippers and lakers, only because i would get clippers tickets for free (pre-chris paul they couldnt even give away tickets), since basketball decisions, I have been solely lakers.

fun note for people outside of LA: Lakers tickets sell for over face value during one of their worst seasons ever, clippers had to discount their playoff tickets.

Welcome fellow former lurkers. Lurked myself for some time. I remember the glorious days of crackjack, Alfurd, Kupcake, TyCobb, Gothik, DannyD (Corvus), milesfides, lakerfiend, davidse, kreukified, santa (Bynum/EE), Gervin, Sedale, and on and on... Glad to be here.
