Nowhere near Bass, rather had let him walk and keep a guy who offered actual defense and a jumper in Bass

Good deal, hope they also bring back marcelinho. Now the bug thing is to make sure he plays as the back in center instead of burying him on the bench like Byron did.

That's like the new vet min. Not a bad deal at all.

I like Black, glad to keep him, he's going to be our back-up C while Zubac develops.

Despite what Bass says publicly, I think he wants to latch onto a contender. He'll get what Trevor Booker gets I'm guessing ($9-10M) Wouldn't be surprised to see him in Toronto with their glaring hole at PF.

Huertes is not under early bird so it's more likely he gets the 1 year qualifying offer if he stays with us

Fun little tidbit: Luke served as an assistant coach at the University of Memphis when Tarik was playing there (before he transferred to Kansas)

Makes sense, unless they find someone really good in the next coming days they'll likely hold one max slot open for next season.

Agree, I think a back up center rotation of Nance, Black and Zubac offers lots of versatility and won't overwhelm any one player for too log at the 5

good, glad we brought him back even if it is a bit pricey, he has potential so he could be quiet good.

Either way hope he develops nicely, i assume he's going to be the backup Center

I know we have Mozgov but I would keep an eye on the Meyers Leonard front, they're so willing to not only chase FAs but toss big deals too and with many teams needing big men already having spent that money, I wonder what Leonard ends up signing for. I think he may be more obtainable than Allen Crabbe or even Moe Harkless.

Crabbe will get a fat offer from what we've seen from the Nets offer and likely Harkless may be retained too and I think Henderson will get a 11-12 mil per year deal for sure.
