Lou and JC for they are the longest tenured Lakers on the choices (I don't consider Young because he may not even be a Laker at the start of the season).
Deng for being the veteran that could contribute the most and most likely the best veteran on the team that the youngsters could look up to.

Lou has only been on the team one year.

I'd say Russell over JC. A lot of times the team's PG is one of the captains. Plus, I think the coaching staff will want Russell as a captain to make him take a leadership role/grow up faster. But we'll see. Next year's gonna be really different.
