I think I might have an addiction to working out. I fell off a bike this Monday and couldn't go into the gym for the week, I feel borderline depressed. My house is a mess, I haven't cooked or cleaned the dishes and the only thing I've been doing is work, make oatmeal, coffee or get some take out and sleep.

well there are worse things to be addicted to i suppose

what did you injure? are there other things you can do at home that are close enough to working out to get you by? stretching? etc?

Probably not but I should be good to go within a few days. Badly bruised my palms and knee so I cannot grip anything or fold my right leg for a while.

Amazing game! After crushing Stanford, who by the way probably isn't that good as indicated by their loss to SDSU this week, this game had letdown written all over it. Thankfully they survived the scare!

Yeah doing better now. Went to the gym yesterday and got a light workout in.
