read on sporting news that the kings are asking for to much in return for cousins according to a gm. i know it's to early to break up our core, but i am a fan of cousins. wonder if the team would be interested?

not worth it, even if cousins is a great talent. we should look to trade for role players, i.e. consistent spot up shooters.

but with the way the team going i wouldnt want to trade any of the guys for the moment. mid season? we'll see about that

I'm curious to see what happens with our current line of big men, I like what I've been seeing from Tarik, have been pleased with Mozgov and have been on the Zubac bandwagon pre-draft. I like the mix with Tarik and Zubac both being two different types of centers we can use and if they pan out, we won't need any other big men. I'd love to find a sharp shooting guard that fits perfectly next to Russell and leave Clarkson at that 6th man role. Klay would be the dream man
2014: Randle / Clarkson
2015: Russell / Nance
2016: Ingram / Zubac
2017: Top 3 Pick? Fultz, Ball or Bust

I like the Goodwin signing for the Pelicans but wonder what that does for Buddy Hield with them having so many back up type SGs in Galloway and Moore. Really wonder if they'll package one or two of them or what. Those Pels never quite build around AD properly, they always seem to shoot themselves in the foot with the moves they make. Wonder if they'll be running Hield at the 3 to get him more mins
2014: Randle / Clarkson
2015: Russell / Nance
2016: Ingram / Zubac
2017: Top 3 Pick? Fultz, Ball or Bust

First choice would be to wait for Davis to become a Free Agent and swing for the fences...

But I think we have a great thing going on right now, but Cousins is the type of player that takes you from feel-good team fighting for a playoff spot, to legit contender without too many steps... If you could get Cousins without giving up Randle or Russell and still maintain some of your bench depth, you do it... I'm saying something centering around Ingram... And I say that just because Cousins is in win-now mode in his career, he might be cool with waiting for Russell but not Russell and Ingram and I think he and Randle could play off each other really well. But if you could keep Russell and Ingram and give up Randle, you'd probably have to consider it too...

But if they'd want more than that, he's probably not worth it... And I'm sure Luke knows more about his mentality than we do so I'd leave it up to him about whether or not he thinks he can get Cousins on the right page and keep him there.

Bob Fitzgerald literally does that every time. Any time the record was on the line he'd mention Donyell Marshall and under his breath, or not at all, mention Kobe.

I hate that guy.

Maybe when the day comes that Steph is gunning for 81 he will still talk about Donyell Marshall and no mention of Kobe.

Wonder if we can release Huertas or Calderon and pick up Vasquez?

Edit: Nevermind, too many foot injuries.

Somehow Sasha is still a rotation player for the Knicks...how he's still in the NBA is beyond me. Phil really must have a thing for him still.

Young Jennings running it though. Euro teen year paying off with the all euro lineup.
