Brandon Ingram's offensive game is terrible at the moment

Ingrams's slow start offensively is hurting his confidence level and I see it in his body language. His defense and playmaking ability is keeping him on the floor, but his inability to find his way offensively is a slight concern at this early stage in his career. Im not expecting him to be a 25ppg guy right now but 15ppg for a 2nd round lottery pick on 40ish shooting seems reasonable.
Im surprised he hasnt developed a nice midrange step back jumper at this point to get himself in the flow of the offense. What I see from him so far is a lot of awkward lay up attempts. He has shown he has a great first step. He doesnt seem to realize that he could easily pull up for a 10 footer with that quick first step after he blows by his man before help arrives.
I question Luke because I think Brandon ahould be a little further along offensively.
I believe Brandon Ingram can be an offensive beast in this league as well as a great defender he already is. That is why im a tad disappointed even though its real early.
