After two confidence inspiring games, albeit to free falling teams, our Lakers welcome the Blazers to Staples Center for a rematch of the game they just lost on the road in the Moda Center. Can the Lakers make a statement this time? One that can surely excite not just the fans but the players that they may in fact be recapturing their early season magic. Let's hope for an assertive performance from Dange-Russ, Juggernaut & Tiny Dogg, we're at our absolute best when they are. Let's go Lakers!!!

just hope lillard doesn't wreck the lakers

It is amazing as bad as this team has been, and as bad as there record is, 8th seed is still within reach. We've been playing well, ingram looks great, d'angelo looks great and healthy, Randle is beasting...Deng is even playing well...we are finally back in our groove. If only Larry Nance was healthy. :banghead:

A nice rest and playing at home, this should be a win if we can moderately slow down their backcourt. We will get ours on the other end pretty easily.

Actually we did pretty good on Lillard up in Portland last week, CJ got 27 but some of that was to help them get back in the game. Our problem was letting Turner have a hero night, he went way past his regular average and we can't let guys like that get loose. Also I thought Luke made a tactical error in that game, Jordan was going good and he pulled him for Lou who was struggling all night plus he had him on Turner...who has like a 5 inch height advantage over Lou.

Turner had like a 8-0 run by himself, can't allow role players to dominate games they shouldn't. I like our chances tonight
