So in case you haven't been following, Woj is dropping all kinds of inside info on Cousins trade talk.
So, if we later find out lakers have an offer in, what's the most you'd want that offer to be?

Lakers refused to add Ingram to offer

Thank god. I'm willing to deal everyone and anyone outside of Ingram, and maybe Randle.

Who we trying to save our "assets" for then? Prime Jordan?
Only reason you turn down Cousins for any of our nitwit young pieces is to avoid a Dwight Howard v.2 with Boogie leaving in the offseason.

Hield, salary and two picks.
And we wouldn't give up Ingram for the best Center in the league. It's going to be a long decade.

I would have added Ingram. Cousins overnight franchise changer.

This L is on Magic.
You wanted the pressure chief.

Anybody know what we offered? If it was just Ingram and filler... Sure I would have probably done that. But if we were already offering Russell, (closest to Heild we have) then no...

Yup. Take Ingram and Clarkson. Don't even care. Want Deng too? Done.
How do you say no to Ingram? He has potential, but it doesn't really jive with the three year bs from our front office and Magic's "return to greatness" rhetoric.

I would have traded Ingram just to prevent that frontcourt of AD and DMC. Are you kidding me? Unstoppable combo.

smh. We could've got one of if not the best center in the league and we didn't want to include ingram? the kid has potential but he'll never be a star like Cousins is.

I imagine Russell and maybe Randle was on the table.

Lakers gonna overpay for a wing player now and get first round exits for the next 7 years.

They could have them both as far as I'm concerned.

Cousins has been allowed to essentially play position-less in sac... I'm not sure this is the best pairing TBH... On paper, it's unstoppable, but I feel like their styles of play are going to trip all over each other... I wonder if Cousins' ego can take playing next to a guy like AD? I guess we'll find out...

Unless we literally offered like Calderon and Clarkson, I really don't see how we couldn't have beaten that NOP offer, even without including Ingram and Russell.

Most I've would've offered was Randle/Clarkson, but ultimately glad Cousins is no where near this team. The best offer the kings got just shows how much teams wanted to avoid Cousins and avoid giving anything of real value.

They are both Kentucky guys. Cal is next there imo.
