So front office gets in bed with Adrian Wojnariwski

One of the things that came out of this transition is that the team appears to now be completely in bed with Woj. He's breaking every Lakers story out there, Cousins trade involvement, Pelinka hire, Lou trade, he's getting all the scoops. Recall that the front office has never leaked to Woj before, famously keeping him in the dark about the DLo pick at a time where he was leaking every pick long before it was announced.
Unlike Jim/Mitch, Jeanie and Magic appear to be quite involved and attentive to the PR machine, and in my opinion getting into bed with Woj is a move in the right direction. He's already arguably the most influential writer out there, famously putting out fluff pieces and hit pieces depending on the needs of his sources, and now with his rumored move to ESPN, a relationship with him will be more important.
Gonna be interesting to track the pattern of Woj Lakers leaks and Woj favorable opinion pieces.
