3 team deal LAL/SAS/ORL

LAL
trade Deng, Randle, Zubac, DEN 2018 2nd round pick and CHI 2019 2nd round pick...
get T.Parker and D.Bertans...
Why? cap space...

SAS
trade Parker, Bertans and White...
get Zubac, Deng, Hezonja, DEN and CHI future 2nd round pick...
Why? Hezonja and Zubac are 2 young (and good) european players... San Antonio is the right place to develop his talent...
Zubac learn from Pau and LMA, Hezonja from Manu, not bad...
Deng can help team as stretch 4... plus 2 second round picks...

ORL
trade Hezonja...
get Randle and White...
Why? with Fournier and Ross at 2... Gordon and Simmons at 3... there's no space for Mario...
Julius can be a good fit with Vucevic and Gordon...

Spurs hang up the phone after they hear Deng.

The key to trading with the Spurs is how LMA meshes with Kawhi when he comes back... If LMA continues to perform well, and doesn't start getting feelings like last season, then I don't think there's a trade to be made there... But if he does get disgruntled, I could see Pop trading him... And I think we might have a long shot chance of moving Randle and Deng that way...
I think Parker retires a Spur.

Might have to capitalize and do it now.

Chicago will have cap space this summer right? Why take on Deng when you can just sign Randle this summer?

He seems to be after $$, can't the team acquiring his rights sign for 117 mill, whereas UFA only can make like 94? Plus, they get a chance to feel him out, get rid of Mirotic, and have an insider to Randle in Deng that is familiar with CHI.

I'll give them our 2020 and 2022 picks.

I'm sure this would've been done by now.. or December 15th.. right?

The key to trading Randle is to create a bidding war between 2 or more teams

If Randle's Bird rights are held by a team intent on extending him, then all of a sudden, it's no longer feasible to chase him in RFA.

3 team trade

Lakers Get -Boogie-Bradley
Pistons Get Clarkson-Randle-Moore
Pelicans Get- Brook-Luer- Piston’s 2018 1st— Laker’s 2018 2nd

I know Boogie should fetch more but if they are not winning I would think they would want something for nothing at risk of him leaving in FA.

We would get his Cap Hold relief and best player in proposed trade.

Detroit gets a lot better...with Clarksons value contract and Randle’s bird rights.

tough to get the best 2 players in a 3 team trade while giving up the least amount of assets. Pistons and NO both hang up 1/3 of the way through your sales pitch and block your number.

Lakers will Trade Nance, Randle, Clarkson + 2 rd pick (hope we can add deng but even 2k will not do it)
to Denver for
Hernangomez, Faried and Mudiay

Faried does want play in Denver, Mudiay doees not fit in their system and they need a PG that can play/score.. Murray can't play PG..Clarkson also can't (lol) but he is used to play PG while murray is still like on state of shock

Hernangomez is the shooter we desperately need. Mudiay can run and might fit our system

I'm not saying this to troll, I just ventured over to your board because of the game tonight (congrats on the win, btw), but I think you guys are drastically underrating what it'll take to dump Deng.

As for Randle, I quite like him, he's playing well this season, but the whole lack of defense and range hurts his value. Combine that with his RFA status and he could quite easily become a negative value piece pretty quickly post deal. In particular for the Bulls, they're not going to want him because Markkanen is our PF for the future anyway.

Just an outsiders POV.

Julius is a 5 now, he'd pair up real nicely with Mark actually. His defense is there this year too, ask Portis. But yes, it'll take way more to get rid of Deng unfortunately.
