His cross over from left to right is starting to be MONEY. He's getting by defenders with ease. If Russell can master the step back jumper off that move, he will average 25 a game, because the jumper is wide open.

The defender is focusing on him going left so he has three options

1. Continue to go left for the layup
2. Left hand cross to right which is his MONEY dribble
3. Left hand cross to right...... step back jumper

He needs to tighten his handles in traffic and try not to split double teams like he is Kobe but otherwise his ball handling provides so much opportunity for him to create separation to draw his jumper.

He can go into so many variations from a triple threat position. I also think he might take it to the basket a lot more often if we did not have two bigs who cannot stretch the floor camped in the lane, making it more congested for him.

In the summer he needs to get reps, reps and more reps on each and every move.
