We are in the championship game of the summer league today. Going for the belt or the cup or whatever they have for the winners.

No Lonzo. He will miss the game. Will be tough without him. Lets see if Kuzma and the others can do summin.

Regardless of the result, it has been a great summer league for us especially considering how it went the last 2 years.

Trailblazers have the same 5-2 record as us but will be tough competition.

Vamos Lakers!!!!

Any pregame predictions for our savior tonight?

My vote goes to Blue! Ball hogging his way to a championship on his birthday

Sucks there's no Lonzo Ball playing. I really wanted to see him win this summer league championship.

Cause it just feels like that march madness feel and it would be good for the guys to have some good winning ways going into training camp. and it would also be good for this group of guys to say they all won something together and just build that winning culture for this group. so seeing Lonzo out there in a championship setting would just be good. really gets a young guy like that ready for playoff atmosphere. how those games usually go stuff like that. just playing in front of a big crowd on that stage. good for his basketball learning curve.

So I know he's got the hamstring but for his overall basketball development I think him playing with his guys finishing the goal that he set win the championship would be good for him.

it just shows he's a winning player. and he said it win the championship.

Tonight feature a lot of Kuzma get him touches let's see how he is with the offense running through him. guys like Matt Thomas Blue it's their time to step up and show what they got. don't get into hot dog. just run the offense.

And I still think Lonzo should get summer league MVP. Damn I wanted to see him out there. I think it was that damn Brandon Ashley he was real aggressive on that three. just basically did a run into Lonzo's knee and did the dirty extra run on you let me fall on you on your leg thing. that's why teams don't like to play their star players in this summer league cause you got guys who want to be all extra doing stupid shlit like that.

So if we win where does the summer league title go? do we put it in the office next to the other 16 championships?
