i think if they ever decide to change our uni (which i hope they will but i doubt) these concept would be solid to start with.

The problem with wanting to get rid of the Sunday whites is that it seems every team has to have a white "Association" jersey now, so they probably couldn't even if they wanted to.

Ya I think that would make the most sense for a throwback...the rounded-neck and short-shorts ones look too similar to the current ones.

I just want the Showtime uniforms back with a modern twist. Subtle twist like the slightly higher cut lateral like the Kings' new updates. Those uniforms were perfect.

Because we don't have new unis. We keep it classic. Only the manufacturer changes. I really hope we choose not to sell the ad on the jersey. If I don't like the company it may make me like the jerseys less.

Ads on jersey are optional.

i like it very clean. it has a retro modern into it. but i doubt these concepts will ever be consider, sad.

It's been announced which teams are getting throwback uniforms and one of the teams is us. We'll be wearing the MPLS ones.

The road purple jerseys are on Josh Hart's snapchat. No changes as far as appearance, other than the Nike check on the right side of the jersey. Material looks nicer, however.

just as i thought, no changes whatsoever design wise. but yea i agree, the material has that "cleaner" feel.

There's some slight changes, not a complete overhaul, but some small changes. The collar lining jumps out first, looks a lot cleaner and modern. The arm lining is updated also. Finally, it could just be the lining, but the color itself looks more of a true purple than last model's version. I did a side by side comparison with the road version from last season and it seems brighter, the gold part too looks a lot brighter than the previous.

I hope they don't get one. The swoosh already annoys me enough. Like to see Lonzo get BBB on there just to stick it to Nike. Hope they don't end up covered in logos like European soccer jerseys. Someone would have to pay me to wear that crap. I'm not a walking billboard.

Nike as a Lakers sponsor would be nice! Nike would get their stamp on the marquee franchise uniforms and perhaps Lonzo Ball on a shoe deal worth hundreds of millions. What better exposure to their business model than that?

It's really unfortunate those Hardwood Classics we wore last year will never be worn again. Those were great.
