As of late, Lebron, PG and Cousins have expressed that they're very content with their respective teams. There's a very likely chance that we won't be able to sign any of them next off-season. The Cavs have improved. OKC is a contender. Pelicans are showing at least positive trajectory.

PG and Cousins were available for trade earlier this year, but LA did not pull the trigger on either. Now it looks like we're going to be biting the bullet instead.

These were the two reported deals on the table:

1. Ingram + Clarkson for Cousins
2. #2 pick + Mosgov or Deng for George

So we would effectively give up Ingram, Ball, Clarkson and one of Deng/Mosgov to ensure PG and Cousins are on the roster.
Assuming we still take Kuzma with HOU's 28th pick. Our lineup coming into this season would be:

Cousins
Randle
Kuzma
George
D'lo

That looks like a playoff caliber lineup. 2 top 15 players, with 3 very nice complimentary players. They definitely would be able to score with the best of them. If you let Randle be a UFA and stretch the remainder of Mosgov/Deng, you'll still have enough for a close to max capspace to work around for LeBron.

Personally, I voted no for now and I expect alot of people to share the same view, but as the season progresses and our youngsters continue to disappoint, this poll can go in an entirely different direction
