The name of the guy had me thinking this was some hack story, but then I thought about it and a guy 19 has way more time to devote to scouting guys because he has no major commitments in his life. So travel and watching a ton a games will be his life, and now if it's a player the team has an eye on this guy can watch him for a few years and give a solid report on him rather than just watching for a few months and email the goods over to Jessie.
