I was glad when I heard KCP wouldn't be playing on the road for the next month and this makes me glad as well. don't wish injury on anyone, but as long as he's hurt already no harm in hoping he's out a while.
Take your time Brooks! In fact, take all season and don't ever come back cause you're awful.

I hope Zu gets time... He's on the verge of becoming the next Marc Gasol-style C... He's got all the skills, he just needs to get his body right and he's close on that... Some burn over the weeks Lopez is out could really get him going I think.

that was my immediate thought too. i hope Luke starts him at the 5. and with KCP missing some games, there's more chances for Hart or Caruso to get some time as well.

Well, we needed Brook and KCP to perform well enough to return something before the trade deadline...

Should be interesting to see what lineup Luke comes out with. He was mostly using Randle, Kuzma, Ingram, KCP, and Ball after Lopez went out last game. Maybe he'll have Hart replace KCP instead. Having said that, i'm sure he'll manage to get his man crush Nance in there somehow. I'm expecting a Nance, Kuzma, Ingram, Hart, Ball starting lineup.

“The only thing Walton would confirm was that Ivica Zubac, currently on G League assignment with the South Bay Lakers, would not get the call in Lopez’s place.”
http://www.lakersnation.com/lakers-news-luke-walton-rules-out-ivica-zubac-replace-brook-lopez-sprained-ankle/2017/12/20/might be Bogut who’ll start, with Kuzma and Nance basically getting more minutes.
similar to Luke’s approach when Nance was out, instead of plugging in Randle, it was Kuzma who got the nod.
