Hopefully when he does get out and gets to leave the state, he'll end up somewhere on the east coast in a trade.

Wait a sec, does it say "violation"? does it mean "rape"? In my country if you do something like this, you're in jail for the next 10 years at least...

**** no, its a parole violation, most likely he skipped a mandatory meeting with his parole officer where they check his system for drugs and alcohol.

Apparently he is allowed to play home games but has to wear an ankle bracelet.

Ugh even in the french origination of the word it is often used to say (breaking) rules/conditions. Same in Spanish.

That's stupid, it's not like he's going to leg it in the middle of an NBA game.

He'll most likely not play. Not necessarily a bad thing having KCP and Lopez sit out for a month. Let's us get a better look at what with got here minus $40 million in salary cap.

Can't wait to see our first ever NBA player playing with an ankle bracelet on. Talk about good optics.

Hopefully he decides not to wear it and they throw him in jail for the whole season with no work release. And take Lopez with him as an accomplice.

So, if he scores 40 points, and gets 8 blocks and 8 steals, can he ask them to keep the ankle bracelet?

I know he wants to work/play and earn money, but man...I wanna continue to experiment with this Zo, Kuz, Hart, Ingram and Bogut lineup.

I think the icing on the cake was Kyrie going to Boston. It was a done deal as soon as that happened (in my mind). It's about to be back on...The Rivalry.

My guess is being a basketball player and being in a basketball game isnt special enough to bend the rules of wearing a bracelet.

So what happens to the money for the games he misses because of all this?

I thought magic coming out and saying that they're ok with keeping cap space for 2019 was a sign that he's not coming.
