halfway through the season, we should now have a better gauge on the team thus far.
also interested to see how everyone views our current roster, as we approach the trade deadline in about a month on Feb8.
here's our roster, basically, list who you'd start, who you'd bench, and who you would cut (as in trade away or not resign)
C: Lopez, Zubac, Bryant
PF: Randle, Nance, Kuzma
SF: Ingram, Brewer, Deng
SG: KCP, Clarkson, Hart
PG: Ball, Ennis, Caruso, (GP JR)
here's mine for example
Start: Zubac - post ASG, i'm hoping for more PT for him, especially if we unload some of our bigs for picks. or just swap his minutes with Lopez
Keep: Bryant - is a project so just send him to the G-league
Cut: Lopez - it's become apparent that he isn't our future C

For the rotation going forward (with current personnel), here's what I would do:
PG: Lonzo [35]/ Clarkson [13]/
SG: KCP [30]/ Clarkson [10]/ Hart [8]
SF: Ingram [35]/ Hart [13]/
PF: Randle [16]/ Kuzma [32]
C: Lopez [25]/ Nance [23]/
I would do everything possible to try to trade Clarkson and/or Nance before the deadline for an asset. That opens up more action for guys like Hart, Zubac, Bryant, etc.
Going forward, here's the guys on the roster I'd keep.
Lonzo: Keep
Ingram: Keep
Kuzma: Keep
Randle: Keep
Hart: Keep
Bryant, Zubac, Nance, Clarkson: Maybe
Go away, fast as you can: Deng (extend and stretch), Brewer, Ennis, Caruso, KCP (unless he wanted to re-sign for 5-8M a year)
--------------------------------------------------------
Dream remainder of season would be the following:
- Trade Clarkson, Nance to Atlanta for Ersan Ilysasova, Marco Bellinelli, 2nd round pick
- Sign Deron Williams
Rotation: Lonzo, Belinelli, Ingram, Randle, Lopez
Bench: Williams (2nd half of 1st and 3rd quarters with starters), KCP, Hart, Kuzma, Zubac

Trade: Clarkson, Ennis, Randle to imploding team
Should retire: Deng
PG: Ball / Caruso / GPII
SG: KCP / Hart / GPII
SF: Ingram / Brewer
PF: Nance / Kuzma / Jamil when herpes has healed
C: Zubacca / Bryant
Without knowing what we could get in return for JC, Ennis and Randle, that is.
I'd love Ariza back. And Tucker. And Capela. Do it, Pelagic!

I love my Lakers, but honestly nobody is a keeper in my opinion. Ingram, Ball, Kuzma show some potential. Not one of them is a superstar in my opinion. They could end up as very solid players, and perhaps make the all star team, but that is pushing it. Lakers need a better coach with more experience, and after that anybody on the team is negotiable.

LonZo is a superstar in the making.
Ingram can be that do it all 2nd scoring option
Kuzma is looking like he can be a volume scoring all around pf/sf
Luke has his moments
Hart is serviceable
Randle and Clarkson are trade bait
Randle can help any team that wants to beat gs. He is a force at small ball center. Houston, Cleveland, Boston, Toronto. Any of these teams could use Randle.
Clarkson is harder to move
