I respect Westbrook as a talented NBA player... But I'm so glad he is no longer in the conversation for Max Free Agents next season...
He just rubs me the wrong way, even though I wanted him to come here for a while... It's kind of like Cousins... I don't really like them but I want that kind of talent on the Lakers.

And Ingram tweaked his ankle again.

There is no way to sugar coat it. We are terrible without Ball.

we fell away so far in that second half. What on earth was that third quarter.

Hopefully Ingram isn't out for too long but he was pretty poor this game, was far too passive.

We should offer a straight swap of Randle for George after this game, Randle was fantastic this game as was KCP before the injury.

Thought Hart started of nicely but fell away big time in the 2nd half. Basically everyone else was pretty poor it must be said.

No excuses to lose by 24 to a poor OKC team, none at all.

I won't argue with that but

Roy Hibbert (Lakers version).

You may have repressed the memory because I know I have, but Roy Hibbert was a Laker once too

I will be the first to say Lopez is far from a great rebounder. But you can see him go from about 8-board down to 4 ever since he became a 3-point shooter. He shot like 30 3-pointers his first 8 years.....and has shot over 500 3-pointers the last season and a half.

Everytime I see him play, he's hanging out at the 3 half the time. Offense and defense. Hard to rebound from there. He's also down to 21 minutes a game. You'd still like to see more than 3.9 from a 7-footer.....I'll give you that.

Just saying though....given the way he's being used, and only playing 20-minutes, he aughta get a little slack.

Outside of maybe 3 or 4 games this season, Lopez has been terrible at pretty much everything... Which really surprises me. I thought Brook was going to be pretty good for us.

I completely agree. I was actually hopeful that he'd turn into a guy we'd resign. I thought he'd make a great fit. I'm willing to consider that he's being somewhat misused....or he's still trying to adjust to his new role / team. But either way, I'm pretty disappointed with how he's played so far.

Hopefully this squad can make some steps these next couple months. Cause at 15-29, I'm disappointed with the whole team.

Our cursed city. We will never win again in OKC. When was the last time we won there? I think it was 2010 playoffs with that Gasol putback...

I can't watch Tyler Ennis any longer. I'd honestly rather have Luol Deng playing PG.

“We weren’t tough. They beat us up. No matter how hard you play, we didn’t play well tonight, but if you’re physically going to get beat like we did, the way Adams was doing whatever he wanted out there on the floor, we’re not really giving ourselves a chance to win that game.

“We’ve got to realize when you play certain teams, like Memphis two nights ago, OKC, Minnesota, these are big, strong men. We’ve got to be ready to fight. Unfortunately, we weren’t tonight. … I’m not sure what it is.”

- Luke Walton, post-game

Randle doesn't talk to reporters after game, again.

What are you waiting for Pelinka?

Randle's made that a habit. I thought Luke's quote about Julius was a good one.

Julius Randle hit 8-of-11 shots –- at one point making seven straight shots in the second quarter -- and scored 16 points. However, all his points came in the first half as he played just nine minutes in the second half with the game getting out of hand. Randle also only had one rebound and Luke Walton said the Lakers needed Randle to set the tone physically for them. "He was good," Walton said. "Obviously with Julius, I've said this all year, my expectations for him are high. And one of the things I challenged him to do, we have a young team, he's our physical presence, he's our guy that needs to bully other teams and he did that offensively tonight... Defensively, not just he, but we got pushed around. We need him to be not necessarily our tough guy, but our guy when we're getting pushed around, pushes back a little bit."

I thought Brook and Julius were awful in that regard last night. I just don't think Randle feels apart of the team at the moment to care enough about being an "enforcer." It looked like when Randle came out of the game in the 3rd quarter, Luke and him had a pretty good discussion and Randle nodded his head a few times. Usually when they have conversations in the game, it's pretty animated. This one was more subdued.

Regardless, Randle needs to put all the trade stuff to the side and focus while he's here. Right now, I'd say it's more likely he's here going forward. Luke has said some subtle things lately that make you think he's apart of the future.

Can't wait until the trade deadline is over.

I think he was 8 for 9 shooting at the half. Bad news was that he zero rebounds, and 6 of his makes were within 4 feet. Adams was clogging up the paint. The dude was dripping confidence but not playing a lick of defense.
