Can the motherf*cking break come already? :nonono: :nonono:

I have a ton of guys with small injuries who are due to return after the break but aren't playing right now. It's killing me.

What are going to be the draft lottery rules and when is it happening?

I'm cool with that. :D

I propose we do it like the NBA does it this year. Worst 3 teams get equal odds at no.1 pick, then the next 3 teams get lesser odds from spot to spot but not by that much.

Totally eradicates tanking from now on. You don't get to tank even for the higher number of pingpong balls, since worst 3 get the same odds and even if you're 4-6 you still have pretty good odds of moving up.

Something like:

7th spot- 12%
8th spot- 14%
9h spot- 17%
10th spot- 19%
11th spot- 19%
12th spot- 19%

No **** you'd be cool with that, you've been stockpiling picks all year long just for this very moment. I think since this is the first year we're implementing the lottery its only fair that teams with the worst record get the best odds, and the odds decrease from there.

Team 1: 20 balls (22.22% chance of receiving #1 pick)
Team 2: 15 balls (16.67% chance)
Team 3: 10 balls (11.11% chance)
Team 4: 9 balls (10.0% chance)
Team 5: 8 balls (8.89% chance)
Team 6: 7 balls (7.78% chance)
Team 7: 6 balls (6.67% chance)
Team 8: 5 balls (5.56% chance)
Team 9: 4 balls (4.44% chance)
Team 10: 3 balls (3.33% chance)
Team 11: 2 balls (2.22% chance)
Team 12: 1 ball (1.11% chance)

Obviously we can tweak the odds, but you get the larger point.

That's a really good resource. All you have to do is plug in the team name and the number of balls and it'll generate a order for you.

And you're totally unbiased here, aren't you?

The NBA's doing it, we should do it.It totally negates tanking, since you don't need the balls in your pocket.
You can bust your ass off tweaking your team, making moves, SETTING YOUR DAMN LINEUPS and fighting for the playoffs each year, knowing if things don't go your way you still have a decent shot of winning the lottery, while not purposely losing and **** other seedings in the process.

With higher odds for worst teams, you can still tank to get more ping pong balls.

I mean my method gives everyone a chance to get the #1 overall pick (not only the bottom 6 teams), albeit smaller odds. It would make the lottery that much more interesting and doesn't necessarily reward tanking as you have no guarantee of getting a top six pick...The only reason you're in favor of the current NBA method is because you have significant stock in the bottom 6 teams.

I'll own maybe 2 picks in the lottery, and most likely none of them will even be top 3 worse to have the best odds for no.1 pick like I suggested. I wouldn't call that significant. And even if it is, I worked my ass off to make it happen by being active. I set my lineups every single day and even right now I'm fighting each week to win, even though by the supposed way you're wanting things to happen, I should purposely lose to make sure my odds increase. That's the point of it. That's the way the NBA is going from 2019 onwards, why should we be stuck with the old rules? Just because you're going to have the best odds if we're doing it that way?

You imply I'm a hypocrite but we're in the same boat actually.  If you were in the playoffs race we wouldn't have heard of you yapping.

And no, same odds or different odds, only the non playoffs teams should split the goods.

Yeah, me too. I just want to do the lottery as soon as possible tho, in like two weeks, just after we're done with the RS.

I want to know exactly where I'm standing. I do own 4 picks so I might be interested in moving up if things don't go my way.

I don't think teams that are in the playoffs should get a chance at the lottery unless they traded for those picks.. Thats my personal opinion though. Its up to Ty to decide.

That’s odd, I could have sworn we could run guys same day we picked them up. Did that change?
