He looks like an NBA player anyway. I have my concerns about Mo but this guy looks like he can hang with the speed and strength of the of the game at his position when it's time to play with the big boys.

Yeah agreed...i think its because he's played with Men! He's pretty developed where as Mo is just raw undeveloped talent and you really dont know what youll get with him. But ....whatever nickname we give to this guys....he's gonna be Tits!

Gotta come up with a name for him!

Will be thrilled if he's a plus 35-pct 3-pointer shooter who can give us 10 solid minutes a night. Anything after that is gravy.

It's a little hard to tell right now how ready he is... But there's a lot of Reddick or Korver there... He has the potential to be a really good 3 and D guy.

Great pick, but time will tell how he will fit in the NBA, with his short arms and all.. (just kidding). Hopefully he can play just as fearless and confident on the big club, otherwise he can continue to hone his skills on the South Bay Lakers...

He looks NBA ready to me. Great find. Scorer, not just a shooter. In SL, he and a Josh Hart and a few more look like men among boys. Smart without the ball as well as with it.

He's looked solid. A good piece to have especially for next year where we might lose depth in favor of top talent.

Also, my boy Hart looks pretty good.He looks better athletically and his handles seem to have tightened up. I'm still iffy on the Lance signing, but I think these guys could fill that role just fine if Lance doesn't work out.

He's a great shooter but he's far ways away from being close to Korver. Korver's genius is in knowing the angles to get himself open in plays, Svi struggles with that. He'll need to watch a lot of tape and learn how to work off the ball. Playing alongside LeBron and Rondo in practice might be the best thing to happen to him.

Our scouting department is on point. Too bad he won't get many, if any, minutes this season.

For a second I thought he really was 16 and wondered how that was allowed, then I realized that was an old video.

Beautiful rhythm on that jump shot. Very heady on defense and seems to have a knack for where the ball is. I would be surprised if this guy isn’t a rotational piece somwhere in this league. I doubt he gets many minutes this year unless the crazy experiment goes all, wrong and they want to have more shooting on court.

Calm down guys, it's just Summer League. Let the season begin and then we will see if he's good enough to have some minutes in the rotation.

Good odds Sviato will follow the career progression of fellow 2nd Round pick snipers Allen Crabbe and Joe Harris.

Crabbe got stupidly overpaid due to being able to play off of 2 elite guards who sucked all the attention and thus left him wide wide open on 3s. Then when Crabbe goes onto a team that doesnt have offensive stars who create alot of gravity his gaudy 3pt efficiencies fell into a toilet. BRK were utter morons to trade for him after they lucked out in POR matching his offer sheet in the first place.

Harris is a good example of a SRP who didnt get much burn and getting hurt early on utterly tanking his career. It wasnt until he latched onto a desperate for talent BRK team (they signed Anthony Bennett the year before and Jahlil Okafor last year FFS!!!) who gave him some burn and found he's basically a Crabbe clone with similar limitations.

Harris ended up reupping at 2 yrs 16mil, a bit overpaid imo, but not horrendously so like Crabbe.

And now BRK has 2 EXACTLY similar players fighting for the same position, role, and minutes and both NOT on rookie contracts. Grabbing Crabbe was cringeworthy and then doubling down on resigning Harris. If BRK is smart they'd try to trade Harris for an asset to use to dump Crabbe next year ;)

Sviato will be getting some mins playing off of Lebron, if our lineup needs more shooting. As long as his shooting translates and he's not an embarasment on D, we're very likely to see 2016/17 Joe Harris type of numbers and efficiencies out of him in his rookie year.

Which is great coming from a SRP in his rookie year!

Whomever suggested “Svish”, raise your hand. Best one so far, IMO.
