I think he's a good back up C for JaVale when he's on the bench getting rest. I'm actually stunned that this front office listened. Usually when we're lacking something, nothing happens until the offseason. I'm referring to the Mitch and Jim era.

Haven't watched him play closely in several years, but I guess he'll be a better stop gap than Williams and whatever it is Zu never became for us.

I watched him play the other night. He's still a decent defender and rebounder in short stretches. He'll help us rebounding for sure.

Very good pickup! I really like this guy. Even though he is not the same as he was during the 2011 Mavs championship run, this guy can still play good interior defense and grab rebounds. I think our team will certainly improve defensively.

I am with you unless if you can talk a team into a trade. I’d take the right to swap second round picks for Zubac because honestly he isn’t worth giving up a whole second

Yeah he will have to anyway, he should probably have a fast full court offense and a slow half court offense.

That will be team slow half-court, just need to fit in any of the other guys (not Lonzo or Lance).

I really like Chandler.
He'll help us a lot both defensively and in rebounding and also in leadership.
He only needs to give us 10-15 minutes.

I guess I feel the same about this as Fisher coming back. He's probably a better alternative than whatever we're trying to do now at backup but uh, whatever.

How is this going to work? Tyson Chandler is super slow, this is a horrible fit unless we start running 4 man fast breaks and Chandler just cruises in the backcourt to mop up defensive play.
