Misleading title. That’s not the claim in the article. Lakers and four other teams “may have interest”.
Like saying, “there’s a strong possibility he will end up somewhere”. It’s BS.

TBH - if he bought in, played in the system and agreed to be a role player off the bench.. then he would totally be an upgrade over Beasley.. with that said.. it's pretty obvious Melo wont buy in and will do Melo things..
We are already making this work with Lance when Lance does "Lance things"... I cringe when I think of a lineup that has both Melo and Lance in it.. yikes

The way this front office has worked, I think seeing a report that the lakers may be interested means they’re definitely not going to sign them.
