Maybe the Lakers are looking to sign to an offer sheet if they strike out in FA, but having him at a number only 1M over the roster charge with the ability to go over the cap to sign is like solid gold. Just an awful decision.

Muscala is shooting 39 percent with a 10.4 PER this season. Awesome.
