Budenholzers late game offensive execution and schemes as a coach is an absolute joke. Milwaukee was an embarassment of comedy late in games. That crap late game offensive execution stuff is what vogel was known for. We are hoping with new and competent staffers, that will be remedied.

Yep Budenholzer is known for this. It's the Popovich book of coaching but at least he does make small adjustments to get the opponent to play into their system.
Ironically, Kidd would have been useful in the playoffs for making adjustments. Bucks fans would freak out hearing that.

Do people forget that Pop wan't an offensive genius? Phil routinely out coached him at X's and O's when it came to adjustments game to game and quarter to quarter. His defense was damn good but when he won most his titles it was from a fugly offense with limited possessions and a stifling D. Bud did the d part but the O looked like a mash up of Mike Brown coaching the Cavs in the postseason

According to Shams Charania of The Athletic, the Lakers are opening up their pocket books to bring on Kidd, further confirming just how much the front office wanted him on staff:

Ron Adams should have been their top priority to recruit to assist Vogel. He was the genius behind Thibs in Chicago esp after losing Rose to injury. Tom loses him and the Bulls and the whole time he was in Minnie and his team was never great. Meanwhile, the Warriors got significantly got better when he joined.

So, if Vogel blows it up and bombs, we have two candidates from within in him and Kidd. I prefer Adams.

I don't know if Ron can be a great Head coach though. I just hope too they get to lure away shooting guru Chip Engelland from the Spurs. He's the one who worked wonders into making Kawhi and other teammates into much better shooters.

I am so happy that Vogel is our coach, not Lue. Because I think with Lue we got no chance to get Kawhi, cause the view from outside will be this will be Lebron team. Now without Lue, Lebron recruited Kawhi by telling him he will give spotlight to AD + Kawhi.
