What is next for 2019-2020 Lakers?

How will the Lakers proceed from here? Please tell the management how can the Lakers get better? The LA media has fabricated stories of about the Lakers. Nothing but hype and the younger players are not bearing much fruit. Majic Johnson spoke of a plan of action and he is gone. Is Rob Pelinka going to bring something different? Now looking at the NBA free agency has some very good players; however will they sign with LA. The best remedy to this problem is identification of what went wrong last season. The injury to Lebron and team chemistry is what happened along with the front office drama. Ok can we say part of the problem is fixed( the front office) maybe. Next since over the past four years good players were lost so how does this effect the Lakers? Players come and go good players can be replaced by the draft and free agency without losing assets. Trades have value but assets are important bargaining tool. Since the Lakers have a superstar named Lebron how does the management maneuver around him with players that fit to his talent level and does the chemistry translate to winning at the highest level. Milwaukee has shown a star player with the right types of players and chemistry can win at the highest level(does anyone remember (Brook Lopez) who expressed a desire to remain with the Lakers.

I would love for someone to tell Lebron that we aren't trading our entire youthgang away. Maybe 2 of them plus FRP for AD, but thats it. Ingram and Kuz just averaged 18 5 3 and are entering their 4th and 3rd year. Ball is going into his 3rd, is already a premier defender and would average a damn near triple double on any other team. Lebron can help our youth grow, or we can trade him if he's not down. That's it.

I think the best case scenario for LAL is :
*AD tells NO that he is willing to try it out with Zion next season and demand to be traded again before the deadline.
* This way, LAL is not forced to give up all the young guys to match AD's salary. They can include the salaries of signed FA's around
December and maybe keep Lonzo or the 4th pick and Kuzma. Also, AD's value goes down near the deadline as they risk losing him
for nothing if they dont trade him.
* That Hunter kid looks interesting (3D guy).

LeBron isn't the guy who was trying to trade everyone away.... plus picks. Ownership was/is/will again. Now you can blame him if you want but even if he asks ownership doesn't have to try and do it.

As for our youth. A fair assessment would be that the jury is still out on them. Ball and Ingram have some durability issues and Kuzma is a great fit off a superstar but isn't a guy who can carry you. Ingrams best stretch of his career was next to LeBron in a stretch of game we mostly lost where our pace dropped like a rock. When the ball was moving and the pace was much faster he was less effective. I worry that either he or Ball ever become what most here think they will be. We have to start making decisions on them soon or they start to lose value. It's a tough call and I don't see it as black and white as many.
