Possible starter?

I wanted Korver as a shooter or Iggy as defender.
If not, I wanted Avery. Good cheap pickup to guard both guard and wing position.

This could be huge, if he regains his shooting touch. The pressure is off as a bench player. Our team just gets deeper and deeper. Wow.

Another low risk high reward imo. Playing with AD and Bron could help him regain form.

At worst he his a great locker room guy that can hit an open 3, maybe he shows flashes of his old defensive form.

At best he can be a 40% 3pt shooter and a player that could defend the top guards in the league.

If he can stay healthy, I think Avery and Danny Green will be a nice defensive tandem. I'm excited for the regular season to start!

Imaging a starting a lineup of...

PG Avery Bradley
SG Danny Green
SF Lebron James
PF Anthony Davis
C JaVale McGee

Another solid pick-up. Lakers have added alot of veterans now.. Something that bodes well with LeBron. Can they still pickup Korver or Iggy roster wise? They should still try to add them if they can.

He's going to be battling KCP, and probably Rondo, for the starting spot...

Although, I feel like Rondo was brought in specifically to play with DMC... So unless DMC starts, It's probably between KCP and Bradley for the starting job.

That’s a good lineup.

Now, get Iggy to complete our SF depth and Pelinka wins GM of the year over Jerry West. We’re suddenly a deep and complete team.

I’d still start Caruso over Bradley. I would.

I felt he was at his prime during his Celtics days but still has a lot left in the tank. Was curious to see how Laker fans would react to his signing.

Definitely better and more knowledgeable comments here than the general board. Where some people are saying the Lakers lack overall Talent with AD and Lebron on the roster

Either way I think you guys got a guy who has a lot to prove still and could be a really good complementary piece especially next to AD and Lebron.

The great Rajon Rondo will motivate Bradley to play like his old ways

Rumor is Memphis may trade him as oppose to waiving him. He does go through a buyout, I would suspect it would depend on how much is willing to accept. If we're simply adding someone to the roster and not doing some type of contractual or trade acrobatics, I believe we are limited to the vet minimum.

I think the criticism overall is fair. That said, I think the FO has done an admirable job picking up pieces following the Kawhi fallout. It was common knowledge that whether we won or lost the Kawhi lottery that are options were going to be limited to fill out the roster.

He's more of a 2 than a 1, but I've always liked his hustle on the defensive end. I'd be surprised if he plays behind KCP. Good pick IMHO.

Trade KCP for Iggy if we have to trade to get him now. Fill out with S&T from our SL roster if necessary. It’d be good to have him here from day one to set the tone in the locker room.

Lebron James 3 titles
Danny Green 2 titles
Javale Mcgee 2 titles
Quin Cook 1 title
Rajon Rondo 1 title

9 Championships between our players. We got so much experience over last year.

He sucks and hasn't been good since his penultimate Celtics season.

I didn't him personally, but it looks like he had a mini-resurgence after getting traded to Memphis last year (on a very small sample size - 14 games). Shooting 46%/38%/92%, handing out double his career average of assists (4.6 per 36 minutes)., and near career high 16 ppg.
Let's hope that carries over!
